OUR STORY

The Dog Lounge was created from a lifelong love of dogs and a simple belief: every dog deserves to be treated like family.

Dogs have always been at the heart of my life, and caring for them has never been "just a job" - it's my passion. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your best friend.

The inspiration for The Dog Lounge came from one very special dog who needed a little extra care. After discovering that many places wouldn't accept him due to being disabled, it struck me that there was no opportunities for him to enjoy the same experiences as the other dogs. I realised there needed to be a place where every dog is welcomed with kindness, patience and understanding, regardless of their age, breed or individual needs. That experience is one of the reasons why I created the dog lounge.

At The Dog Lounge, our focus isn't on being the biggest daycare - it's on being the most caring. With small group sizes, plenty of enrichment, and lots of love and attention, every dog is treated as if they were one of our own.
